Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and shipping fees for international orders will vary depending on the destination.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.


Damages, Issues & Lost Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at smithmartens714@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


Returns & Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
